Project Management and Start-up

The Project Management (PM) department supports HSG Zander’s operational units in implementing installation and installation organizations at the beginning of new contract relationships. Constantly growing expertise in methods and management resulting from working on a broad variety of implementation projects, guarantee sustainable improvements of quality and requirements geared to the client. The projects are implemented based on a standardized procedure using the start-up master plan, the procedure being adapted to individual projects depending on the complexity of their requirements.

In addition, PM provides civil engineering services directly for the client, such as when taking up technical building equipment as well as consulting services for complex FM projects.

The range of services of PM department includes, among other things:

  • the securing of client requirements through support in the establishment of project organizations (for new orders), project accompaniment and management from experienced implementation managers with a high degree of methodical as well as social competence in the phases model.
  • support in acceptances, commissioning and takeovers of technical facilities as well as inspection of any existing technical documentation.
  • evaluation of the current condition and maintenance budgeting from facility and building technology (technical due diligence)
  • acceptance of facility technology that is part of the technical building equipment (IT supported through the use of tablet PCs) and volume checks from experienced professionals
  • introduction of maintenance, planning and control systems as well as of quality management systems and key performance indicators
  • safeguarding of occupational safety and environmental protection regulations
  • consulting services for complex client requirements such as outsourcing projects (potential analyses, entrepreneurial change processes, change management, cost optimization programs, process and organizational consulting, service level definitions, etc.)
