In August 2008 HSG FM and M+W Zander FM has announced the joint venture. The new HSG Zander Company within Bilfinger Berger Facility Services Group, is now one of the world’s leading providers in the field of integrated facility management.
The new brand is aiming to anticipate and respond to new trends in FM by offering in-depth knowledge and expertise built up through decades of experience gained in vast range the technical services, delivered to the real estates by both of the partners.
The strategy of the company among the Bilfinger Berger Group is focused on a further business expansion, mainly on the Central and Eastern European markets, with a special attention on Poland and Russia.
In Poland HSG Zander will continue expansion in commercial and industrial sectors of the market. In the passing year M+W Zander has increased the turnover by 150%.
