Trainee Programs

One of the important components in our efforts to promote young professionals is the trainee program for university graduates. This gives you the opportunity to gain an excellent and practice-related insight into the different business areas - from object operations to start-up, from commercial areas to central calculation and quote compilation. By including you in current projects you’ll be specifically prepared for your future varied and responsible role as a technical object manager.

Requirements
You have successfully completed a degree at a university of applied sciences in building services engineering, electrical engineering, technical building management, facility management or a comparable degree and have excellent technical knowledge and are capable of entrepreneurial thinking. We expect a high degree of commitment, ability to work with standard PC applications (MS Office package) and good English skills. An additional vocational qualification in the technical or commercial field would be an advantage. Other things that you should be no stranger to are area of service mentality, flexibility, initiative and team-work.

Training location:
Main focus in Warsaw, short assignments in cross-regional regions
